Chest

This is a beautiful hand carved German chest. Made in the late 1800’s this chest was made to stay stationary in  a home vs a trunk that would have been made for traveling. This chest was carved from Oakwood and has a very dark tone to the wood. On the front there is a very detailed carving of a swordfight between two comparators. This piece has ball footings.
